- Include all fonts used in the document
- Include all artwork used in document
- Convert all artwork to CMYK or PMS colors
- Include sample copy for proofing
- Include color separations for every page in document
- If you are going to send a file through e-mail - send separations
by fax or through the mail
- Do not embed your graphics - Send your file and all of your
placed graphics.
- Use TIFF (LZW compression off) or EPS (binary) files for Macintosh.
- Convert RGB files to CMYK.
- Use a dpi of 300+. Graphic files at 72 dpi are unacceptable
for 150 line screen.
- Make sure graphics are not enlarged greater than 120% in the
application.
- If your document is to bleed, please make sure bleed is included
in file.
- Make sure your page size matches your final printed document
size.
- Make sure to send all fonts used.
- Make sure you include hard copy so any problems can be remedied
prior to printing.
